Where do you ship from?
All Rebel Armada orders are handcrafted and shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
How long does delivery take?
Bags, pockets, belts, hats and accessories:
Orders are usually shipped within a few business days.
Boots and jackets:
Production time before dispatch is 2–3 weeks.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days via Express Mail Service with tracking.
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country.
Please include your phone number at checkout, as shipping couriers require it for delivery.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes detailed measurements and sizing information.
For boots, jackets, and belts, Rebel Armada require additional measurements before production begins.

Please send your foot length in centimeters at checkout.
Place your heel against a wall and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

Please send the following measurements at checkout:
- Chest
- Shoulder width
- Belly circumference
- Waist circumference
- Height
- Sleeve length (shoulder to wrist)
- Your usual jacket size (S, M, L, XL, etc.)
Production time before dispatch: 14–17 days.
What type of leather do you use?
Rebel Armada collections are handcrafted using cow leather and sheep leather, selected for their durability, texture, and character.
How do I care for my leather piece?
Keep leather away from prolonged exposure to water.
Store in a cool, dry place.
Clean gently with a soft cloth.
Apply leather conditioner occasionally.
Avoid direct sunlight for long periods.
Natural marks and variations are part of the leather's character.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Rebel Armada pieces are handcrafted in Bali, and many items are produced in limited quantities.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, and photographs carefully before placing your order.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
When your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@rebelarmada.com and include photographs of the issue.
Each case will be reviewed individually and an appropriate solution may be offered.
Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
Do you create custom pieces?
At the moment, Rebel Armada does not accept custom orders.
Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for orders above US$5,000.
